Twill Tape

This summer Jonathan has been taking a welding class. For this class he needs to to wear fire-proof clothing. This hideous shirt is part of his bi-weekly class ensemble. I was working on a sewing project which required twill tape in light cyan. When Jonathan saw the tape he had an inspiration on how my tape could make his fire-proof tunic more advantageous to him. A few moments, stitches, and drops of fray guard later....

You can see the results yourself.

"Oh, I think it's a good thing," said Peter. "I have rather an unwholesome weakness for policemen."
